This was a terrible experience. I initially asked for a 1-way rental across town. When I realized it would cost more, I signed up for a round trip instead. Office agent captured an incorrect email address and setup a 1-way contract. Night agents could not find me in the system and wondered why I returned the vehicle. They will uncharged for everything and charge cleaning fees and extra gas charge even though it was returned with same amount of gas in the tank. $70 in unexpected fees. They're un-organized, un-accountable. Would leave negative stars if I could.
