I've rented -U-Haul trucks in the past from other locations, but this firm at 305 S Madison in Lebanon, MO is the very best I have ever experienced in all regards.

Make mileage limits clearer. Representative didn't say anything about limits though written contract was very clear.

Pick up gentleman in Lebanon was amazing! The truck was in VERY POOR vosmetic shape. He made sure to mark and identify everything. No appliance dollies were at this location for us when we arrived and they were VERY prompt in correcting that and locating them at a near location and retrieving them for us.

Sing has been my favored drop off point through the entire move process. Staff is friendly, helpful and personable. I would recommend this location to anyone!

The place you sent me to, was ridiculous. He had no idea what he was doing barely new how to use a computer. I walked out and went to the other. He was ok new what he was doing. The Dolly would work but was bent and didn't pull well. But got the job done.

Location great . . . the rented trailer I received had/has worn tires and the left hand ramp latch was preventing the ramp from being stowed. The latch had to be held in place and the ramp pushed in enough the clear the latch. Once that was done, the ramp would stow. The trailer arrived at the location the day before pickup, in that condition. This is no reflection on the pickup location's maintenance.
