Luis BThey were very helpful. The Uhaul website was not. The website said we would have to go 50+ miles to get a truck or trailer when we were in the same town that had both. S and S was able to rent us a truck and trailer on two separate dates that the website said we’re unavailable. They saved us a lot of money and time. We didn’t have to drive an empty rental 100+ miles.
Shari PJared Spear, who owns the shop that doubles as a U-Haul Rental Center, wasn't on site when I picked up the trailer. His assistant, Lisa, was superb and helped me hook up the trailer. She had some concerns about the tightness of the hitch, however. Later that evening, Jared called me and made arrangements to personally come to my house and double-check and inspect the hitch-ball connection. What exemplary customer care and concern!! I traveled from KS to CA without an issue! Thank you Jared and Lisa!!!
