Don't offer at-counter service as an option online when the actual location does not provide at-counter service, but only "truck share". Had to spend nearly an hour on phone calls with various U-Haul employees at time of pick-up, and then was charged for gas when I returned the vehicle with more gas than it came with and other extra questionable charges, all with no apology or offering of discount or anything from U-Haul. Also, I was told I would get a call from a field manager, but instead just received an unexpectedly high bill.

My only concern with this location is there's very little to zero customer parking when renting an "in-town" local situation. It's a repair shop so you're dealing with other cars being worked on, or waiting to be worked on. However, staff here are GREAT!
