First time this week my guaranteed rental was not there. Second guaranteed reservation was an hour late. Not very courteous considering.

Ramona & Lena were very helpful! Thank you for the quick service & easy check in & out.

this location was terrific. The guy that helped us was very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Best experience I've had with Uhaul

This location was not the primary issue. It was the Uhaul infrastructure, systems, and call center that made this a mess. My reservation got changed without notice, storage unit of the proper size was not available, I was charged for returning late when I returned on time. Disaster.

website let me book afterhours pickup + dropoff which is not available at this location. I was able to make the early pickup, but was notified only 45 minutes before they closed. Trash from previous renters still in vehicle. Called location 3 times for info, phone rang and rang and rang, no voice mail or answer.

Body work on the truck was repaid with clear packing tap- not very friendly, we drove 10.2 miles and were charged 30.00 for gas there was no way to determine how much gas to replace.

I was told 7pm drop off. My text from uhual says 7. Place closes at 6 so my car was locked inside uhual and I was unable to return truck. I then was forced to drive the truck around town sun night and mon morning for work which costs per mile

Equipment was as expected. No problems at pickup or dropoff.

much cheaper than your competition and everything went smoothly. No complaints. Good personnel running your facility.

Tow service was 40 minutes late, so now I'll be late for work. Also I didn't receive the dolly I ordered, and I was completely unaware that I had to fill the truck with gas.

Very very very poor customer service!!! Vehicle was not in good condition. Full of scratches and dents. I have encountered the worst customer service with this location. Amanda, I believe her name was, was externally rude and very unhelpful. I picked up the truck on Friday morning for only a few hours to use. Amanda offered me to leave my car at the location. Usually U-haul locations don't allow this, so once she offered it I said yeah why not. What she didn't mention to me and sneakily did was make me sign a document saying that the location closes at 5:30!?!? And the gate will be closed so I won't be able to eat my car out of their parking lot. (Who closes that early?! Especially when the reservation shows I need the car for at least 10 hours). She made it a point to offer me to leave my car there and made it a point not to mention what time they will be closing. I say this because of her extreamly rude attitude the next morning when I came back to return the car- she said "you should have read what you sign first". Very unprofessional! I had an important meeting Saturday early morning, so I could not return the truck until later in the afternoon and as a result I was charged one extra day. Friday night I have been calling and speaking to u-haul over the phone trying to resolve he issue and return the truck and get my car out but there was no luck and no hope with this location. I've never been so dissatisfied with service in one location. Would never rent from them again! I am going to disputed the charges on my card as I find it unfair to have this service for an extra day that was not my fault.

I would train the employee on customer service. It was very difficult to talk to her. Her responses were one word answers.

My van was not there when I got there. They gave me a pickup instead. I told the person checking me in that my tank was between 1/2 and 5/8 and she marked it at 5/8. I drove 12 miles and put in a gallon of gas. That should be plenty. When I returned it they charged me $9 for gas (which I didn't see until I got my email receipt) even though I returned it exactly where I got it. I called uhaul to talk to someone about my van not being there and have been called back once. I returned the call, was promised a return call and haven't gotten one. Overall, bad experience this time around. Most of the time with uhaul, it's great. Most of the people at this location are alos quite cheerless.

I rented an 8' bed truck at the rate of $19.95. Took the $10 insurance waiver. After traveling 8.2 mikes total I brought it back and they tried to charge me $103.00. They said I traveled over 65 miles in the course of an hour, used over 3 gallons of gas. Fortunately I stopped everything and questioned the charges. It is ok her 20 minutes to reverse the charges. After major arguing she finally reduced the charge to $45. A major rip off and very unprofessional. NEVER USE THE UHAUL AT NATIONAL BLVD!!!!!

Booked checked in online for 17' truck but they were "over booked" i had to use 15' truck instead wich was really durty and sticky in driver cabin.

I had a discrepancy over the fuel. When I rented the truck it was 3/4 full. The salesperson said "Oh, you mean 7/8". And I said "3/4". I drive a total of 16 miles. The truck gets 12 miles per gallon so I used roughly 1.4 gallons. when I returned she said that I needed to add more fuel. We had a disagreement but I decided to fill it up to the line she requested. It took $8 to fill up to near the 7/8 line. The math here is all wrong. The gas costs $2.19 per gallon. So that means roughly 3.65 gallons x 12 miles per gallon = 43.8 miles. When I only drove 16. This doesn't make sense.

Second employee but everything was excellent

Based on convenience this location was great but had poor customer service.

The lady who helped us was too quiet, and I couldn't hear her half the time. The woman we spoke with on the phone said we could do after hour drop off but upon arrival it wasn't an option - which then screwed up all of our plans. Unfriendly staff, and wrong information. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Should have made it clear those furniture pad rentals are per day - charging 20/day for 6 furniture pads is outrageous.
