This will be the last time I ever use U-Haul. The reservation was originally at Bluegrass Oarkway U Store It. It was 24/7 truck share. The web site ran me in circles and never allowed me to start the pick up process. There was another customer there with the same issue. I called customer service and had the reservation pushed to a different location. The web site did not work a second time when I returned the truck. A rental company that can't provide the customers with the ability to pick up or drop off equipment is not a company with which I will do further business. There are too many other options out there to have to deal with this level of service.
