I called the day before the pickup of my truck told the agent on the phone that I will be there few minutes early to the time of my reservation. She said ok will see u then. I arrived 30 minutes early via Uber, to find the closed sign on the door. This was very stressful being someone from out of town in the middle of no where. It took me 2 hours on the phone with the help of ur amazing customer service team and was able to retrieve my vehicle. The return was great the agent came outside and greeted me with a smile and it took 5 minutes to complete the return.
