Terrible experience with this location. 20/10 would not recommend “renting” from this location. Took 45 minutes to get our reservation at 10am. And the shop that houses your rentals “had nothing to do with it”. Yet after I get on the phone and multiple calls. The same shop were the ones handling the situation. Pathetic on the end.

Ron CThe app didn’t work to return the truck, even with location turned on it wouldn’t recognize my location so I had to call someone. and where to park was not clear. Phone personnel were helpful though.
WILLIAM AHave a manager call. Megan, the representative who assisted during pickup, submitted a complaint/request on 2/17 and I still have not heard back. I was supposed to have a call that night.
