Cydney BThe location was okay and the person helping me was nice. The only problem was the reservation and check out process. I spent quite some time setting up an account online but at location it had to all be done again. Between my work at home and his at location it took about an hour and a half to get the vehicle. Completely unacceptable. But I blame U Haul not the personnel or location.
Robert MTruck was a total piece of crap, transmission slipped and banged into gear, I didn't think it would make the trip. Customer service at evergreen way u-haul was beyond terrible, we reserved a truck several days in advance,they didn't have it the day of our move, the manager there looked at me like a deer in the head lights did not offer any solution.
