Dorothy C.This is the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Uhaul changed my pickup location because the truck wasn't left in an available location. Then charge for over miles never mentioning that my available miles had decreased. I disputed the charge. No one ever followed through with the investigation. Then was charged double for the overage because no one followed through and 60 days had passed. Uhaul is scamming people. I will consider renting from uhaul again and will warn anyone I can to steer clear of uhaul. Not to mention the incredibly rude customer service representative who obviously care less that anyone disagrees or is unhappy with service.
