The representatives there were awesome and so helpful. They answered all of our questions and guided us step by step through the process of hooking the tow dolly to the 20 ft uhaul truck and connecting our minivan to it as well...which I honestly was a bit nervous about. Everything went smoothly and it was a great investment. The large truck was surprisingly easy to drive and also not bad on gas mileage. It was well worth the money and I will definitely use uhaul for future moves.

Jordyn's Flooring personnel were efficient, courteous, and helpful. The rental experience was not. We originally reserved a truck at our hometown, Arkadelphia, location. Because they could not guarantee the size truck we needed for a ONE DAY rental and a rep would not be present on the Sat. pickup day, (so if our truck wasn't there we would have no one to help us,) we were more-or-less forced into a 2 day rental. Then, THE MORNING WE WERE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK, we were told that the dealer no longer handled UHaul trucks; our rental was 25 miles away. We had to scramble to take off work an extra hour to pick up the truck, drive the extra 25 miles back home to load it, use it for our job, unload and drive another extra 25 miles back to return it. So . . . an extra day's rental, 50 extra miles we were charged for, extra fuel cost, missed work, and extra time on the road. I know UHaul probably couldn't help the local company's pulling out of the business, but you'd think they'd do a better job of taking care of the customers caught in the middle.

Jordyn's Flooring is the absolute BEST Uhaul experience we've ever had. She is super helpful and honestly don't know what we would've done this week without her!

I was quoted a price from corporate that was .79 a mile. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was.99 a mile. It was a lot more than what I was quoted on the phone.

Connie was totally outstanding and made me feel better. I contracted to drop the trailer in arkadelphia, you forced me to take it 55 miles out of my way to malvern! You breached the contract adjust the charge accordingly! 59 cents x 55 miles. You screwed my day up! I also didnt appreciate the snide pricks attitude on the phone. I should have just dropped it in arkadelphia any way per our contract

Both the owner and I forgot to include the dolly and the 10 pads. So I didn't rent those and would like that amount credited to my card.

In the beginning the service was excellent but when I brought the unit back, I was charged twice and instead of doing a reversal on my account it was chatted again so I was charfed 3 tones and this caused me to have a eagitcoe in my account and I called the uhaul 800 number and the agent said well its your bank you will have to wait. Til it reverse through your bank. So uhaul caused me to have no funds and a negative for 3 days.

The truck had trash in it. It was the most uncomfortable bumpiest ride ever in a uhaul. I am still hurting from having to drive it. I had to pull over on the interstate 3 times because it was bouncing so hard I couldn't keep my foot on the gas. Very disappointed.

Make sure the truck size that was reserved was available.I reserved the 20" a week in advance because the guy told me no 15's was available and he would have a 20" by the time I would need it. I had to take a 26" instead of a 20" which in return they did give me a 15 dollar discount but that does not make up for the price of the gas I had to put in that truck. I'm sure I could have save about some bucks.

Truck ran very good, was low mileage, gas mileage was only 7.7 instead of 10 mpg.
