Alex Y.I would never recommend S&S towing & recovery. They have no parking space for u-haul trucks to park. They require customers to park on the street. I made sure to park properly and avoid blocking anyone but still they accused me of blocking their entrance. I did have pictures taken to show that was absolutely false but no apology was received. They are very rude and horrible to deal to deal with. Very bad experience and I do regret selecting them for a drop off site.
Ali M.A little unclear surrounding afterhours dropoff. Where do I drop it? Do I listen to the website or box instructions? In the end it worked out, but required a couple phone calls.
