Office closed during listed business hours. Dropped trailer off in front of office was only place to unhook it. Left in front of office in only place in lot a handicap space. Like I said they closed early with no instructions as to where they wanted trailer. Now trying to charge me almost 22 bucks more because of where I left it! Shitty way to do business.

It would be nice if I was informed of a wrong destination drop-off fee, before charging me $30. Nowhere in paperwork did it say if I dropped off in a different city I would be charged. I have health issues that prevented me from making the remaining leg of my one day journey. So, I dropped off at a location convenient to my home location. Then when I called about the extra charge they said basically, it is what it is....it is our rule but we dont have to tell you that in advance. I asked for a manager, and they said I would receive a call back, but I still can't get any resolution and have still not received a call back. I had planned to rent another truck in a few weeks. But now, I think i will take my business elsewhere from now on.

The only thing I didn't like about the uhaul is that I only needed it for one day but had to be charged for 4 days. I didn't get no credit for the days I didn't need it. Other than that, it was ok.

The words coming out of the agents mouth did not match what she applied to the contract. I was overcharged about 50 dollars. I was charged for every mile driven while the website said that 431 miles was included in the price. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use in future.

The truck smelt like old, dirty sewage water. The drivers window locked so bad during a 2 hour steady rain spell. I never received my contract. The door in the back wouldn't go down after I got the key out of it. Took almost 30 minutes to get it to shut. Got stuck 3 more times on us.

When I got to the location the lady did not come out with me to look over the truck to inspect the truck to make sure everything was working proper. Did the ramp did not work at all the inside of the cab of the box truck turn on my sub the lights did not work

Not a soul in site, I did the self checkout which was a pain in the ass. I took all the pics as directed answered all questions but when I used the fuel guage it would not allow me to go past just under full. Upon submitting I was shocked to see a charge for fuel because I had just stopped and filled the tank a half mile down the road. I did not pay $158.00 to be a renter and an employee for uhaul.

I was very disappointed with Ace Hardware in Donalsonville Ga. This is the first location I arranged to pick up the U Haul up at. Chuck I spoke with said He would have a truck for me 3 weeks prior. He lied to me & he provided very poor service.
