This was by far the worst UHAUL rental I have ever experienced. You need to not utilize this place for UHAUL rentals and find someone else to do business with. You are sorely hurting your brand name.........leslie T.
Aaron was the laziest employee I have ever met. I completed the app check in and I needed the key for my 9 pm pick up, not only did he refuse to log in, he just kept stating that U-Haul was closed and I couldn't get the key. Prolonging my move by 12 Hours, I went in the morning. The worker there was very helpful and I got the vehicle I drove to the house and was missing all of my rented equipment, thus having me drive back and pick up the equipment. This was the worst experience I have ever had from U-HaulVictoria S.

The Marshall location was terrible. The clerk did not do their job. Sent me with a vehicle that was NOT annotated the window was cracked. Clerk was too busy talking on his personnel phone. Called to make reservation. Was told reservation was made. Only took a phone #, name, what I wanted to reserve, & when I wanted to pick it up. Was told this was a very gas station, he was the only one working. Couldn't answer any questions due to having customers waiting. When we arrived to make our pick up two days later, was told we didn't have a reservation. Luckily, they did have what we needed on the lot. The store's computer kept crashing & having to be rebooted. There were 3 other people trying to pick up their rental at the same time. Still only one employee to take care of purchases & rentals. I ended up using my cell phone to go online, make a reservation, & pay for it. The store's computer was finally online long enough to get an item # for our rental. We left with it 1 1/2 hrs. after we stopped. Terrible experience.Charlene M.

Perhaps have a sign that notifies customers where the u-haul business is transacted. If the desk is closed there should be something saying it is closed. We were there to deliver a truck that was due back on Sunday and no one was available to receive the keys, no drop box and no one knew where the woman handling the desk after hours could be found.Brenda P.
Aaron was a great sales rep, but the overall experience with uhaul guaranteeing you $50, is a joke! I got there the truck I reserved was not available and ended up paying more for my whole move because of the inconvenience of waiting and paying my movers extra to waitKyndra B.

This location was slightly better than the pick up location as it was an actual functioning business. However, the store clerk said he was also having internet problems and again, I was told I would need to unload my car from the dolly by myself because he did not have the time to help me with any of the equipment. Although I am obviously capable of such task, I feel that it was just poor customer service coming from men at both locations to expect a woman to load and unload a vehicle from a car dolly without any assistance.Jessica C.
I reserved a appliance dolly and 4 dozen pads. When I arrived there was no dolly and they only had 3 dozen pads but charged me for 4 dozen. And the pads weren't folded neatly.James W.
