Windshield washer did not work on drivers side. Had to bring the truck back after reserving to drop off where we moved too. Had to pay extra gas to bring it an hour back

Usually the gas tank is full when you pick up the vehicle. Then you fill it before returning and that is that. The man told me to return the vehicle with the gas that was in it. I don't know this vehicle, how many gallons it takes, where is the full mark, and how to accurately measure how much gas is actually been used. I put 20.00 dollars worth into the tank and only drove 34miles. I saved my gas receipt and called the following Monday 02-08-21. There is no way I used that I used 20.00 on gas in 34 miles. I explained to the agent, and he was rude and didn't want to hear my side of the story,.I just wanted to be treated fairly and I wasn't.

Person working desk did not wear a mask and did not offer to assist with hooking up trailer to vehicle. Trailer leaked (it was snowing) and got boxes and my bed wet. I will never recommend this location!

7 days after renting I got money deducted from my checking acct, over drawing my acct because they said I went over the miles I pd for. I can understand about miles but not bouncing my acct 7 days after return to get more money. A call or email would have been nice for a heads up. 7 days later???!!!

There is nothing I would improve! The staff at the Marysville store was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, being that it was my first car towing experience, showing me how the trailer was hooked up and verifying the lights operated appropriately. Also the equipment performed as advertised and protected my Model T during transport. All in all .. a grade A+ experience! Thanks!
