This rental was from a neighborhood U-haul and was a more laid back and casual experience than at a U-haul only facility. The pickup I rented was great. It fully met my needs. The cost was as expected. No complaints and I will use this location again.

The site is excellent and conveniently located however, U-Haul policies and use of the Internet in storing licenses and demanding me to turn on locations on my phone is an obstruction of privacy and a risk to identity theft. Please cease requiring both of these issues when I cannot control your servers Under your current policies and procedures
