The reservation process was tiresome but the personel at Westlake Ace Hardware were extremely helpful with the process and with getting the equipment ready and the equipment was in great condition and worked great.

The person who checked me in did the paperwork wrong which caused an overcharge in my bill.

Provide me with the size of trailer we reserved.

First car dolly was missing a tail light. Second car dolly had a bad tail light and one of the safety s-hooks for securing the car was broken. Truck windshield had a small crack. None of these were deal-breakers, but I was concerned that I'd be held responsible.

gas bs - it's a pain in the butt to be threatened with exorbitant fuel prices - add 50 cents and call it good

No issues. Very good services

The dash indicator for gas was stuck at half mark so you ended up getting a full tank back from us. Infuriates me all the things you’ll penalize people for but if you get a full time tank back that’s just to bad for the customers. Fix your trucks right.

Quick and easy - we prepaid and we filled the tank prior to drop off so all they had to do was check the mileage and print a receipt and we were done!!! Quick and easy!!!!

No one knew anything about U-haul. Had to wait for 30 minutes. No one explained anything. Truck was not reviewed or walked around with me.

The people working did not know anything about any of the uhauls and the uhaul representative was extremely late to work the day that we needed to talk with him. Did not have their things together. Horrible experience.

Lower the price.

Inside the truck bed was dirty with debris. Had a major problem with a gasoline leak, the vent hose was not connected.

U-Haul needs to make it their policy to ENSURE that there is a truck available for customers who reserve it!! I've been using U-Haul for moves for 18 years and I am never certain that the truck will be there when I go to the U-Haul location to pick it up. Secondly, get the employees trained properly! When I picked up the truck I was given a receipt that said I had to have the truck back in 6 hours, at the 24-hour rate!! The rep said to ignore this, that I could have the truck for 24 hours. Turned it in at 24 hours and I had been charged TWICE for this truck. It was a huge headache for the clerk to fix this, she had to call U-Haul headquarters and they were unable to really help her. If U-Haul didn't have a monopoly on the market I would definitely use other companies. Fix these issues, especially the reservation policy and quit being jerks to people who have a time frame in which to move.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but many problems with the uhaul system. Took over an hour to pick up after i pre registered.

Truck cab was not clean when picked up. There was no vehicle walk around inspection prior to leaving the store. I noticed later in the day there was a crack in the windshield. When I first arrived the truck I had reserved through Uhaul.com was scheduled for pick up in a different town. The employees made sure I was able to pick up a truck but there was a delay. I even received a confirmation call from Uhaul after reserving.

Thank You for ALL your help !

I am suggesting that additional grab bars be installed in the truck cab. For example, being short presented a problem for me to be able to enter the cab. I had to use a step stool to get in and the lack of a hand hold toward the rear side of the door made it difficult for me to get into the vehicle. Also, the only way out was to drop to the ground. Doors that open wider would also be beneficial.

Not a thing- very nice and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend this location!

The only thing that would make it better would be to have the pads and furniture dolly loaded in the truck. That would speed up the process.
