The operator was inattentive. He was more concerned with changing a tire fore a customer that arrived after me. He input my information wrong and created a major issue with the drop off location. Then someone from U-haul called me stating they needed another $200 to drop off in the new location. She told me that she would put a request for me to dispute the issue with her manager and that I would be contacted in 48 hours. I had to call back 5 days later because I was never contacted. Then it took an entire day at this point to speak to management. It is not right to charge the customer one price then when they are on the road with the equipment, call them and charge another $200 because the company made a mistake. Poor customer service at best.
