The day that I rented the truck they said I had five days then when I went and picked the truck up they said I had four days so I picked it up on Tuesday at 9 o'clock. They said I had to have it back on Friday at 9 o'clock, well that's three days so I think you owe me some of my money back

ATAVIA M.filled the tank up at his gas station, walk inside he instructs me to park the vehicle and bring the dolly inside. He asks for pics of the fuel and its on F but wants to argue with me that the hand should be way past the F when that was never discloed or in any writing that it had to be past a certain amount. Not as long as its touching or saying Full. Anyway because of this the receiver wanted to charge me 9 additional dollars for this, instead of just putting 50 cent into the tank if that was the case, but as he said he didnt want to move the truck after I parked it...Very bad customer service, guess he really needed those 9 dollars
