Truck Share 24/7 is a horrible experience. I was trying to complete the process and it glitched out and wouldn't let me continue. Getting a hold of customer service at 1am is painful. Most of the numbers say to call back during business hours. I finally found a number that worked. She had to do some magic to get it working again. I spent 45 minutes trying to get the truck and someone ended up calling the police on me thinking I was trying to steal it. Had to explain to the police who had a flashlight in my face and his hand on his gun that I was doing the check out online. The police didn't believe that was possible but I showed him my receipt and he then started believing me but not really. After getting the truck I ended up just driving to the drop off and forfeiting my money. I ran out of time to actually complete my move.

KENNETH JEROME J.I found the check in process difficult. It needed wifi and there is no wifi there. I had to drive down the road to McDonalds to get the connection I needed to check in. The lock box was difficult to get into also.
