You over charged me for 1day, & now i have to figure out why you did, after i went to the location & they said they corrected the issue & the charge wouldn't go through. BUT, the charge went through! I was over charged $62!

The person a check in said he would email me a receipt but I never got it. I verified that I received multiple emails during my rental period and he confirmed he had my address. I still don't have a copy of my bill.

No improvement needed. The transaction was quick and easy, equipment was in very good condition and clean, U-Haul personnel were professional and courteous.

I was assigned old unsafe equipment. Truck #JH1143B burned an enormous of gas during trip from Texas to Alabama. Additionally, gas fumes were so bad that I could not roll down windows while driving.

We went there to pick up our second truck and we were told that the truck was not there. The manager told us, "I don't know why you booked a truck here because we do not have one." I am formed him that Customer Service booked the truck there. In the end, they were able to get us the truck we needed, but it delayed us by a couple of hours. We were already paying the movers hourly at that point, so it cost us a considerable amount more.

Equipment was fine. Service was not. Only one clerk was handling transactions at the desk with 15 customers waiting in line.

Quick and easy drop off, fast and friendly.

They didn't hook the trailer up correctly to my vehicle. I went to load my other vehicle on trailer. The trailer came off tow vehicle and struck it. The man lied and said it was hooked up now U-haul will not approve a claim. No integrity at this store. And never let Richard Lenoir attach a trailer or you will have a damaged vehicle then he will lie about it.

Get rid of Tyler Head at the Prosper location. He has terrible customer service skills and was actually a complete jerk. A smart-aleck and a jerk.

It was noticeable that although the employees outside were hard at work, they were not treated well by the employees behind the counter inside the office. I felt very uncomfortable with what they said and how they treated the other employees.

Question should read "were the personnel helpful" not "was the personnel helpful".

Frisco location was at fault. The promised vehicle was not available and there was no alternative there. We had to drive to McKinley to pick up another one-a round trip of over 30 miles out of our way, but at least they had one and offered to rent us a larger size for the same price. McKinney was very accommodating but Frisco leaves much to be desired.

Don't accuse your customer of stealing your truck, especially when the customer has a contract number for said truck. Don't threaten to call the cops. Don't ask me about a piece of equipment that was missing from the truck when I originally got the truck. It won't magically appear, and the contract has the necessary details in the details section.

We scheduled everything online before coming in yet we still had to wait in line for over 1/2 an hour to speak to the personnel. After we were done with him, we had to wait 45 minutes for our truck and trailer. There needs to be a line for customers who have already checked in.

The rail on the inside of trailer was broken. The latch on the back of the trailer was also broken. This trailer is not being maintained. It did not stop me from using the trailer.
