I did an online drop off so I did not speak with anyone. The parking was confusing and difficult to navigate. I was not sure my parking location was correct.
Reed MThis location was by far a 180 degree from the Tuscaloosa location. The team member saw me pulling in, met me outside before I got out of my truc ( same weather conditions as in Tuscaloosa). Thaked me for using Uhaul. Offered me to just drop the trailer and he would put it back in place. Great experience, will use that location again and recommend.

ester sNo problems. I showed up, picked up the truck, and drove away. Simple. I was surprised that I originally thought I was picking up the truck in Harvey, and was told that the closest one was in Merarie, however there was a U-haul facility in Marrero that had tons of units and was SO much closer than Metarie. It seems that I was sent to the branch that had the fewest units.
