The cost was more than I expected. The BIG $19.95 signs on the trucks are typical deceptive marketing ploy. I had the truck for less than 2 hours and drove less than 30 miles and my bill was $54.00. False advertising. My bad for not understanding better before I rented. The location and the staff were fine.

I was called 24 hours before a well planned move to be informed they do not have a truck for me. When I called the 800 number they wanted me to just cancel. They do not understand that moving is a big deal and they are in the moving business.
