Sam WI, thought I, set up the rental online however when I arrived and got on line there seemed to be a problem. No big deal Mohammed, please excuse if incorrect spelling, arrived to quickly straighten things out and get me on my way. Only had the truck for a couple hours and return was quick and easy. The whole experience was way less stressful than I expected. Kudos!

lana kDon’t leave the trucks on, idling and wasting gas, before the customer picks them up. Also, I was told I would be able to change my drop off location when picking up, and this location could not change it for me. This caused a huge mess later with my rental and I had to call U-Haul 9 more times to resolve.
