He was so horrible; he charged us a cleaning fee even though the truck was spotless, and also charged for gas even though we brought it back as it was. This is the first time that this has happened to me. I always rent from U-Haul, but this location tries to take advantage of people. He was trying to force me to take the insurance even though I told him multiple times I did not want it. I will not come back to this location at all

Provide directions, the mapping doesn't work
Brett GGoogle Maps took us on an incorrect route to the Trader's World entrance, which made the location difficult to find. If possible, correct the location with Google.
Victoria BWell, I went to one store, they didn’t have 10ft, trucks. Which I understand. Nothing u can do about that. So the other choices I had were mandated to be done thru the app, so I downloaded the app, had to put my card info in 5 or 6 times, went to the location they sent me to, was there 2 minutes before pick up time, and when it was time to pick up my truck, it wouldn’t let me access the page, kept saying no service. It took forever to get a hold of somebody who could help. Had to enter through the browser. Now at this point I’d missed my meeting time at the storage unit, so had to drive more miles to get some things arranged, and didn’t get the truck back til 6:30. But u can believe that y’all charged me, both for being late and going over the mileage. Both things that wouldn’t have happened if the app would’ve worked right. No I wouldn’t recommend y’all again. It wasn’t a location thing, it’s was uhaul in general.
