LAWRENCE WThis is not this specific location's fault, but a problem with UHaul pick ups. Every time I have used UHaul, I've had problems- from the equipment not being available at the very last minute to the place I'm picking up from not even being open at the time scheduled.
Steven GYour rental agent at this location was severely hampered by his access to the U-Haul website and all my information was all different than it was when I first got my contract and approval him trying to navigate through that and ended up me having to be there for an hour and a half to pick up my rental and an hour to drop it off that's ridiculous and it wasn't his fault at all your website needs work I had no problem making the reservation but he had incredible difficulties taking care of the paperwork
