Jerry H.I called the location of original reservation as I was running late. Person that answered was extremely helpful. She was able to confirm another location had the trailer I needed and moved the reservation for me while we were on the phone. Great customer service!
Benjamin C.Location they don't answer call . Equipment is really bed condition and not working properly . In my rental time I have to call 3 time Roadside Assisatant and they still not fix And finally I have to change equipment. It's took my 2 day in my trip for 500 mile . Amd still u haul did not give any discount in my rental.
