Need more workers, went to return the trailer and sat for a long time as per the instructions but nobody came to check me in. There happen to be a area field man that drove into the lot and helped me out.

I've moved 4 times in the last 5 years, every interaction I've had with Uhaul reps have been good if not good not terrible. I have two issues one leading to the next. The first is the gas gauge on the truck was rather difficult to decipher( I'm not some ignant bumpkin who can't read a fuel gauge). Unlike the handy-dandy gas refueling guide (which I appreciated made life easier), I was handed the fuel gauge in the truck doesn't have nearly as many distinguishing markers needless to say I put in the prescribed 10.1 gallons (I did add fuel prior to this ) to get the truck back to the fuel it had in it when I got it and then some just to be on the safe side. Anyway dropped the truck off and the attendant checks us in an I ask "are we all se, is there anything else we needed to do" I would think that at this moment he would say "well you off a gallon or two" or whatever it was. Because that's what I think of when I think of good customer service and 2 because they knew I was gassing up the truck when they called at 9:36 to let me know someone was waiting on the truck. Anyway had he said something about the truck missing fueling to be back where I got it I would have simply taken the truck to the gas station across the street to put whatever it was missing in rather than get a $14.85 "EZ fuel sales " charge because like any sain person I know it would cost me more regardless. I hope this feedback is helpful moving is stressful and expensive great UX means making interaction more pleasurable not more painful.

I was told something completely different from the person who set me up with this u haul, from the person who I met at the actual u haul. Guy at the service counter was a complete douche, and extremely disrespectful. would NOT recommend this location.

The truck had garbage and empty cans behind the back seat. Otherwise the equipment was in good shape.

We made a reservation for a 20’ truck to be picked up at 8am. We arrived promptly at 8am and were notified by an employee that the only large truck available was a 26’. The employees name was Chuck. Chuck participated in poor customer service. Chuck made no effort to aid us in getting a truck which we would be able to use. Chuck also threatened us with denying to rent us a truck. Chuck informed us that our reservation was meaningless. Chuck stated that reservations online aren’t reservations, they’re nearly a “request” for a truck. Chuck stated that this specific location didn’t know what trucks were online and vice versa. This would seem to make the website obsolete and inefficient, as it proved to be in our case. We assumed this indeed was not company policy, but he stated multiple times that it was. Chuck also stated that if he was me, he’d just be thankful to have a truck to use. While his personal opinion was unwelcome given the context, I certainly did not appreciate his insinuations in how I should feel about this.

The lady who helped us was so friendly and helpful. I can’t remember her name but she had a blue or green headband on. It was my first time renting a U-Haul and she answered all my questions. Would recommend.

You can start by giving me back my expenses from your faulty equipment, then pay for the items your faulty equipment ruined. I think $5,000 will settle this,
