What UHaul needs to work on is their phone system! I needed to change my drop off location; the on hold message said to do on the website; but there was no way to do so. The website instructed to call 800-GO UHAUL. I called 3 different times; spending a total of over an hour on hold. When I finally got a live oerson, I was told I needed to call another number! Don't schedule a pickup at a location that is closed that's why had go to different location and get a truck and when returned it they were closed and the mobile return wasn't working had to call customer service and try get taken care of so I'd say they mobile procedure needs updating or adjusting but got what needed and taken care ofDavid C.

People at this location are very helpful, and pleasant to work with. I had booked a truck on the internet for 9 am and for some reason I did not receive a confirmation number. I went to get the truck and there was no truck reserved for me. In no time they were able to create a new reservation for 3 pm at the same day. When I left I received a phone call at 11 telling me that the truck will be ready for me at noon which is 3 hours earlier I recommend this location and gives them 5 out of 5 STARSGEORGE H.
