I rented a trailer from Swansboro NC and when I got their they were closed for Labor Day. I know that they could have posted that on the U Haul website. When I called costumer service they helped me out with find a location that was open. They also said that the Regional Manager would be calling me within 72 hours. Never heard from them as of now.Christopher R.
This destination would not pull up on GPS. A&M storage pulls up but it carries you to your main location by the Food Lion. I only located it because after I left your main location I kept going and just happened to see the correct location and pulled in to discover I finally found where I was supposed to drop off. I realize a hurricane came through this area and caused significant damage, but your sign at the correct drop off location had partially blown away, and you can't see the address number on it either because it is so faded.SCOTTY H.

Facility was an office in a storage unit. Very unusual and not a professional atmosphere. Agent was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. No problem there. Need to construct a facility removed from the storage unit and have sign for U-haul placed at front of property entrance. Truck condition and return facility were very satisfactory.Dwayne T.
The drop off location was a field in front of a storage facility. No staff were present and no one answered either of the numbers that were listed on the gate. We had to call Uhaul's Corporate number to ensure that we were at the right location and that it was okay to just leave the trailer in the field with no one to check it in.Leslie B.

Would be very beneficial to put the key drop off instructions somewhere other than under the lid of the key box. I lifted the box lid halfway and dropped the key in (I had already locked up the truck). I had a â€œthat was too easyâ€ feeling and decided to to check the website. It said to follow the onsite instructions. I then proceeded to look around for said instructions. I lifted the box lid all the way up and was then prompted to â€œstopâ€ don't drop the key in until you click on the return tab on the website. I followed those instruction and came to the portion that I needed to enter the odometer. Since I was returning at a mini storage place there was no staff that early in the morning. I called the U-Haul number and sat on hold for about 20 minutes. Finally reached a rep explained my situation, was then transferred again. Sat on hold for another 20 minutes. I was transferred to the wrong department so they transferred me again. Sat on hold for another 20 minutes. Finally a staff member from the mini storage arrived and opened the key box. I hung up on the very unsuccessful waste of time U-Haul call. I the. Finished my drop off check on the website and went on about my day.Jason G.

I only needed the trailer 1 week but was charged for 2 and told that was the standard and would be refunded for drop off early and also needed it pick up and return to same location, she put it in as a one way to charge more and had the return a mile down the road. I still have not received the refund and the number on the contract goes to a completely different voicemail, not even sure it uhaul just says a phone number.danielle T.
I don't know why but Friendly Pawn is always cheaper than A&M location. For some reason it's 2499 at Friendly Pawn and A&M always charges me 40. Furthermore we needed to pick up our trailer at a certain time and we couldn't pick up the trailer at that time because of the snow to pick it up early.zzzrobert G.

I made my reservation online, checked in and paid online but still had to give my credit card, give my address, phone number, driver license numbers, everything I had done previously online. Lastly, the office was hard to find. It was in one of the units of a storage facility. The sign pointing to the office was backwards and not by mistake, like the wind blew it. Below average to poor. Definitely won't go there again or recommend.Robert M.
I had several issues with information communicated from the on-line reservation to the local off. I reserved a utility dolly and 10 furniture pads, none of which were available on-site. Local site was unable to pull up Safemove Plus data and thought I rejected insurance although I was charged. Gas tank was not full as was evident during my first stop. I'll be addressing additional specifics of that separately, although general statement is that I put 20.404 gallons in the tank after driving only 100.7 miles. I expect a refund associated with that. Feel free to refund per gallon what you would have charged me if I had not filled the tank.Kevin H.
