I asked to have the pick up time changed. It was not communicated to the uhaul manager therefore the truck was not ready. The manager got there promptly to correct the issue

Benjamin F.Will never use U-haul again. The fees I paid the 1st time was told it was for 2 days even when I spoke to representative because I normally would never use Crazy Ed's but needed a truck. Location has no cell service. All around very poor experience. Never again will use Penske
