Had a gad guzzling van, Although I would say overall ease of rental was easy and excellent. Fast service during pick up and drop off. Great Staff.

I love this location, the owner is amazing. He treats EVERYONE equal with such respect and genuine care. I refuse to go to another location. You can't BUY this type of service. Either you have it or you don't. This store HAS IT AND THEN SOME. I CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH WHAT A AMAZING PERSON HE IS.

Got there and could barely pull in the drive, it was blocked. I had to go in and ask where I was to put it. I was pointed to a spot. I tried to get it in there by myself, but the other trucks were in the way, and I had no help being directed.

The people running it are not very quick and the truck I used yesterday had a sticker saying no smoking, but there was an issue. I know that the lady working the counter drove it in to work that day and it smelled like about 600 cigarettes had been smoked in it. She had her house keys attached to the key ring for the truck and she on about how nice it is to drive. She was nice enough, but I doubt Uhaul normally let's dealers drive the vehicles for non Uhail business. Least of all a truck that only had 1,700 miles on it and probably would have had that new car smell if it hadn't been for someone smoking in it.

Dropped off after hours. Called to check and make sure everything went well with check-in. Staff friendly. E-Mail receipt showed $0 cost, $0 paid and $0 due instead of the price paid for the rental. Dropoff had several open spaces making parking the trailer relatively easy (still had to backup to put it in a space, but spaces had plenty of room.

Employees were 1.5 hrs late showing up to open the location. Set my move behind schedule.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all I had a reservation for 9 Sunday morning no one showed up until 10: 15 there was no apology. There was no discount. I was also cheated out of the amount of gas that I owed. No one was there to satisfy any concerns. All I got was excuses for why no one can solve any of the problems I had.

The truck I rented needed repairs. The bushing in the suspension components are worn which caused a severe vibration and rough ride. The truck had a bad oder and severely outdated that couldn’t support modern travel technology.

I've used this location for years. The associates were kind and helpful. I received my equity in the best way. The customer service was great and they explained everything sufficiently

The staff was very friendly. The truck on the other hand is showing its age. I was very concerned that the truck could be started without the key in the ignition. I reported this when I return so hopefully it gets fixed before something terrible happens. I child left in the cab could easily start the vehicle and hurt themselves or someone else. I would like to hear when this is taken care of or I may report it to the authorities.

The uhaul "center" 2 miles away was terrible. Equipment was reserved and lights didn't work. Scorpion had me on the road in minutes. Avoid the uhaul center and rent from Scorpion if you want working equipment and good service.

Give primary authority for booking reservations back to the customer facing people at the local office. Do your equipment “optimization” behind the scenes like the airlines do. Keep all the “noise” away from the customer.

The lady there went out of her way to find us a truck at the last minute after we had made a mistake online ordering a rental. If it wasn't for her spending the time with us to help us get what we needed I don't know what we would have done. It was a long distance one way rental. She really cared and was so awesome!!!! She was so awesome!!!

The rental was not at the location I requested which caused additional time for my pick up.

I'm a first time uhaul customer. This was my first experience with truck rental service anywhere. Without comparison it seems everything was satisfactory.

The staff at Scorpion Engineering was much more helpful than the lady from the Uhaul at 14857 Warwick Blvd who told me to leave HER store and called me an asshole in the morning of 7/5/2018. Totally unprofessional. I don't know why she works at the front desk.
