Staff was not knowledgeable on Uhaul services… seemed a bit confused on what to do when accepting a uhaul drop off

Lance C.I want to say the Uhaul I rented this time was THE CLEANEST, NICEST truck I have ever rented and I move a lot. The cab didn't smell like old cigarettes and the floor was actually clean. The sterling wheel wasn't sticky and the glass was clean. I LOVED the backup mirror, that was super helpful. The pickup and drop off directions were very clear and simple to follow. The location was easy to get in and out of, even with a small lot and a big truck. The truck drove well, even when fully loaded. Absolutely top notch. Kudos. I could not be happier with my experience.
