We had trouble with hitching the trailer. There was no block under the hitch and no jack to get the hitch high enough to attach. The gentleman that hitched it, did not know how to put the chains on our truck hitch to secure it. The person driving the truck had to tell him where to put them. When I returned it, there was no one there to unhitch it. And again, no jack to raise and no block to set the trailer on. VERY POOR>>>>>>
