We leave Chads Car Care and Uhaul feeling cared about and confident of our rented trailers reliability every time. They do all the work for us so we don't have to worry about hooking up the hitch correctly or backing our vehicle into the hitch both of which can pretty difficult, especially the first time. They are friendly, easy to ask important questions of. And they will ask you all the important questions necessary to determine which trailer is best for the amount of weight you will be hauling. Pulling a trailer or driving a box truck for the first time takes a little getting used. It's important to feel confident that the rental trailer is going to stay hitched the whole journey or that the box truck will run the whole way without any problems. All of the Staff was great . No waiting Chad is awesome and made sure I understood the paperwork,operation of the truck, and had everything I needed to use this rental. Checkout went smooth as did check in. I ususally rent from the Uhaul store but this location was closer to the location i was moving to. I'm very upset with my recent experience, Chad was awesome, however, I am on a tight timetable, I Needed and RENTED a 6 X 12. the yard guy hooked up a 5 X 9. when I arrived to pick up my building material, it didn't fit. I now have to drive back to the other side of town to switch out this trailer, I am going to miss a very important appointment I have at 1:30 pm today, I am very upset at the whole situation. I believe I should be recompensated for having to return the wrong trailer and missing my appointment.
