This was an easy process and everything went smoothly. The man who checked us in was helpful and honest. The truck was supposed to have 7/8 of a tank of gas. He noticed that it only had 5/8 and immediately went and redid the contract to reflect the change. He also gave us additional mileage when we requested it.

Truck was extremely dirty. Wind shield wipers sucked. Couldn't see out the wind shield. Said they had boxes, not. Ordered a dozen blankets. As I was loading there were 6 in the bag. Cab smelled terrible. They suck.

I was unable to rent a vehicle at the pick up location. I got the most help by going to uhaul.com.

The difference between the price of renting a trailer out of Spokane and old town the trailer out of Spokane wase $95 for a day old Towns was something like 54 which is quite a difference

For us, we were so pleased with every aspect of renting the truck. The service was excellent and friendly.

They need to listen and pay attention to what the customer is saying. I was to get a 6×12 trailer to pull behind the truck at no extra charge and I was charged anyway, even though I refused the tiny little trailer they tried to give me.

Windshield was dirty, windshield washer fluid was empty. Cab and compartment were clean. Attempted online check in, but this location still required over 35 minute waiting due to poor customer service at pick up site. Had to wait for attendant to "kiss her husband" goodbye. Requested contact from manager Day before, but manager did not follow through. Gas tank 1/4 full, had to be filled to reach destination. Of six refueling stations, only two worked. The vehicle itself was in great condition, but if there were a choice, in this remote area, I would NEVER use this location again.

The rental program seams to be an unfriendly app took close to two hours to get the equipment rented this was very concerning

I only had the uhaul 2 days and you are trying to charge me over $1,000! I don't think so

When I arrived, only one person was working and she wasn't sure how to do the paperwork. Near the end of the paperwork, a second worker arrived and helped finish. However, neither had any clue how to hook up the trailer. I was told to just go outside, find it, and hook it up - by myself! Worst U-Haul experience I've had!

Drop off was easy; a quick check of trailer number and cleanliness and on our way. The person who runs the business (a busy gas/convenience station) was the only one on duty so it took some time to get to the check in part; not a big problem but should be rectified; otherwise, a good experience.

The attendant was very helpful I will use them again thanks

There must have been a problem with the trailer electrical lights system, since it burned out 2 fuses in our truck.

The truck was FILTHY inside when I picked it up. I had to sweep out the back before I could even load it. The cab had dried, old food stuck on the floor. There was no fuel in the truck (the gas estimator read 0 miles to empty) even though this uhaul dealer is at a gas station. The grounds surrounding the trucks are filled with dog feeces. This was mentioned to the attendants with a response of "Oh yea, we know. It's the next door neighbor. Nothing we can do about it." The worst part is that the employees made no mention to the fact that we should be checking the cleanliness and fuel level of the truck before leaving the lot. It wasn't until we went to return the truck at a different location, that we learned we could be charged for not having the truck clean. Luckily, the attendants at our pick up location didn't have us complete the paperwork correctly so we weren't charged for their mistakes.
