WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Place is understaffed so you wait a long time while they take care of other customers that came after you.. I asked her to reserve the closed 6 x 12 they had for Saturday the 21 and she did not and now there is not one available. And I was over charged for the 5 x 9 I rented that weekend. I was charged 26.44 on 7/15 and another 52.89 on 7/16. had the trailer for 28hrs 51 minutes. I rented a 6 x 12 on 6/30 and had it for 31 hours and was charged 31.75 I expect a actual reply to this from you. As now I have to rent from someone other than U Haul for this coming Saturday.

person not trained well. She was all alone and was more interested in selling gas and cigarettes than u-haul equipment. it took me over 40 minutes just to drop it off. it took her a while to find me in the computer and I gave her my paper work. This place is a cluttered dump!

There were a couple of small issues, but they were resolved with minimal effort. Brandy is the consummate professional. This is the second time I have rented a truck and/or trailer from these guys. I have also dealt with Rachael. Both gals were very pleasant to deal with, and as long as Brandy is in charge as the Assistant Manager, I will happily rent from DJ's EZ Stop in the future.

The equipment was sitting in mud and I had to hitch it myself. The ratcheting mechanism for the wheel straps was almost impossible to use, as it had not been lubricated in a loooooonnnnggggg time. Even my mechanic, who helped me unhook the car made a comment. At $47 for the rental, I could have spent about ten dollars more and had a tow truck driver do all the work of hooking up my car, delivering it and saving me the time to go get the car towing tool; next time I will. Your price is a ripoff and even one of the attendants agreed. I don't understand the need to gouge the customer so much.

When I was there it was busy because of it being a convience store/gas station and rental combined so the one clerk was jumping back and forth to help all customers. She did well considering how many people came in. The only thing that wasn't with the trailer was a long enough electrical plug in to reach from the trailer to my back bumper. I seen on line before hand that U-haul rents or sells them, but I would think this would be part of the trailer. Because I knew ahead of time, I suspected I would be needing one, so I had my own extended plug ins with me so didn't have the extra hidden cost of renting one from the store.

The grounds are muddy, weedy and very difficult to negotiate. They need some upkeep -- get rid of the potholes, add some gravel, provide some easy to access spots for the equipment. The personnel are overcommitted and it takes an exceptionally long time to check in. Kudos to the staff member, Lauren, who kept her cool in a stressful situation.

The 6x12 enclosed trailer desperately needs a tongue jack to raise and lower it on ball hitches. Especially in this location with no concrete pad and no one to help. The staff person did her best to help, but she's there alone and not strong enough.

Fix your computer system. It took over an hour to get the dolly I had reserved because the system kept deleting my reservation.

Person checking equipment out was not very helpful. Instead of registering me in person, she made me go online to reserve my truck.

worst experience ever In renting something as simple as a trailer.I will never rent from this facility again.very unprofessional. it took almost three hours to finally get a tow dolly rented I had to find my own dolly and dig it out off three feet of snow.this place should not represent the uhaul company

No assistance. Trailer was in snow and ice. Electrical cord was only two inches long, not long enough to connect to truck. They instructed me to drive 5 miles to auto store to get extension, which i did with no lights on trailer. Then i had to buy the extension myself. By the way i wear braces and when i asked for assistance i was given none even though there were two people in the store.

It took over an hour to rent a truck even though I had reserved online. With snow on ground and no snow tires on truck, agent advised that it was up to me to get it out of it's parking space and added that yesterday it took a renter 2 1/2 hours to get his out of it's parking space. I was charged for fuel even though I brought the truck back with the same level as when it left. uhaul paperwork showed more fuel than actual gauge reading and agent asked me to photograph gauge, which I did and she said she would make to adjustment. She didn't Email to uhaul asking for refund of fuel charge has gone unanswered. Worst rental experience ever.

Due to the UHAUL software, it took us over an hour to get our truck. The application kept giving error messages for any estimated miles that the clerk entered, whether it was 20, 20.5, 100, 100.0 or 1200. I called Spokane Valley UHAUL and the Regional Manager, Travis, had to enter everything on his side and email the contract to my phone. Earlier in December, we rented a truck from the UHAUL on 57 in Priest River, ID. That time it also took an hour to get our truck. The truck assigned to us had a broken rollup door. In order for the clerk to give us a different truck, the Regional Manager had to enter our info into the system. Spending an hour at the UHAUL dealer on moving day is a huge inconvenience.

Have an employee available to clean vehicle so it is ready for customer. Had to clean 5" of frozen ice and snow off windshield. Then over charged me by approximately 140 miles. Their system was down when I returned it so I couldn't see final paperwork before I left. Called them and they said they would get back to me the next day because their system was still down. Haven't heard from them since.

This was an easy process and everything went smoothly. The man who checked us in was helpful and honest. The truck was supposed to have 7/8 of a tank of gas. He noticed that it only had 5/8 and immediately went and redid the contract to reflect the change. He also gave us additional mileage when we requested it.

Truck was extremely dirty. Wind shield wipers sucked. Couldn't see out the wind shield. Said they had boxes, not. Ordered a dozen blankets. As I was loading there were 6 in the bag. Cab smelled terrible. They suck.

I was unable to rent a vehicle at the pick up location. I got the most help by going to uhaul.com.
