I think being warned of the extensive pick-up/drop-off process would’ve been helpful in managing our time a little better. Perhaps a time estimate of how long the process will take.

have more van type vehicles available for around town usage. was very difficult to find a van close to my home. had to drive 40 minutes out of the way to pick up a van and then drive back to drop it off. actually cost me more because of the location of the nearest available van.
