No reflection on the attendant. Waited an extended period to get checked in and pick up equipment. Couldn’t get website to load. When she was able to access the reservation had to repeat a lot of information that had already been loaded initially. Was very nice and helpful. Just not a timely efficient process.
KIM RBack up cameras would be a nice touch..
Rovan SIt was closest to me but when I arrived it was locked. The team was actually driving my rental vehicle to the location. They arrived about 30 minutes after I got there.
