I think when rental unit was return a signed receipt should be available to customer. Instead of being sent on line. I don't feel comfortable leaving the rental unit without signing off that it is returned on time with no issues and the payment is finalized.

the inside of the uhaul had to swept out because there was a fair amount of sand on the floor and we didn't want the furniture to get dirty. There was also only a flat dolly which did not do the job for moving the heavy stuff out the door.

reserved trailer and moving blankets on line. when I arrived to pick up the equipment the trailer was dirty inside and out. the location did not have the moving blankets I had requested, I ended up with only five dirty moving blankets. The young man that served me was nice and did his best to assist us, he cleaned out the trailer after I pointed out the state. I would have expected that having placed an order on line a week before scheduled pick up that everything would have been available and not rented out to a customer that had walked in that morning.

Everything was satisfactory. Unlike the paperwork, explanation & hookup in Apache Junction. I simply dropped the vehicle off & we checked over the vehicle.

Trailer was in excellent shape and dealer was friendly. The ball for the trailer was 2-1/8 instead of 1-7/8. For hauling vehicles this is the best open trailer available

I had reserved this from another uhaul dealer in Pembroke and they were not open when I went to get it. This dealer saved the day and will be my go to dealer from now on. Thanks

Take care of trucks. Like get alignments done and proper tires. I almost slid off the road. Have a normal rate like other rental companies with unlimited km instead of raising the prices the more you use. Already had to put gas in and o didn't even drive that far and had to pay an extra 30 for km used when it should've been a base rate. Also switch to metric. We're in Canada.

Called ahead to check size of hitch so we could install correct size ball, was given wrong info Had to switch hitches at pick up site. trailer was not swept out.

Very unpleased with the change in vehicle size and pickup location. I reserved a 20' truck in Petawawa, Ontario, Canada, but had to take a 26' truck and pick it up in Pembroke, Ontario canada. Not to mention that the 26' uhaul truck is much worse on gas mileage compared to the 20' truck. This was very inconvenient for myself. Other than that the customer service at this location was great.

The man who was at the esso location didn't know the system very well. We had booked the truck for 7am and we didn't get the truck and physically leave until 8:45. He also didn't give me the proper pages of the contract so I had no idea where the fuel gauge originally was. Luckily I took a picture before leaving. We booked an appliance dolly, they didn't have one. He called the manager and not in exact words, but basically said it wasn't his problem. I then had to drive 20km to go get an appliance dolly from another location.

I only wanted a small van but ended up with a large one but the price wasn't bad. The headrest on the seats made sitting very uncomfortable.

When I arrived at the Esso station I informed the owner that there was a light burned. I thaught I was being helpful. The first thing which the genteman told me was if I had taken the issurance. I thought it was an ignorant comment to be made in response to my noticing that a light was burned not damaged.
