Told me the deposit was not paid to him, there for he could not give the deposit back to me and would take my address and u haul would send me a check with in a week. He should have refunded the deposit and then been reimbursed from u haul. Once again very unhappy and it's been over a week and no check.

When a person is moving nearly 1000 miles, 4 days to load, get to the destination, and unload, is too short of a time allowance.

When I fueled the truck, I checked the oil and it barely registered on the dipstick and need 3 + quarts of oil. The interior was dirty altho the floor was swept. Arm rest on the doors were blackened by use. I cleaned and wiped down everything with cleaner. This facility in Pendleton did not ensure that the truck was truly ready for use. I find this lack of attention to details quite appalling and could cost an unsuspecting rental user to have serious problems on their trips. The motor on the 20 foot trucks are so small that it has not sufficient power to climb hills is mountains. A larger motor would have been more fuel efficient and caused less stress and strain. Needless to say, I was not impressed with my experience. Suncerely, Karol Burrell

Sent out a 26' truck with a broken mirror and knew about it - mirror fell off the truck 10 miles down the road. Said the tank was full but the truck was backed in on a hill and was 8 to 10 gallons less fuel as the angle on the fuel sensor.

The man was extremely rude, did not go over the truck with us (any scratches, dings, etc.-- and there were several), and seemed in a hurry. The truck had not been wiped out at all from the previous use and actually had a terrible smell. I was not happy with this experience.
