I had an issue with the gas refilling, I felt that I replaced more gas than I used. I spoke with Chuck Miller, Area Field Manager about this and he went above and beyond to make this right for me. Outstanding Customer Service from U-Haul, don't change a thing !

I have already recommended this location to multiple people in the last few days. I would rather have Elliott rent me a 10’ truck there and make 5 trips than go somewhere else and rent a 27’ truck.

The truck was clean, but the seats were so destroyed after the 100,000 miles of use that I and the passenger who was with me were having back problems shortly into the trip. The people were pleasant and the rental experience was positive, but I can't recommend the location due to the seat issue.

The truck was clean on the inside but the windshield wasn't clean and it made driving into the sun very interesting. The people at the store were very helpful and courteous, I always enjoy going in there.

We had a situation with a flat tire and everyone (Artie’s Ace Hardware and Uhaul roadside assistance were very professional and responsive). The situation could not have been handled any better. I am very impressed by the coordination and effort by all involved in rectifying the situation. I do want to recognize DeAnna at Artie’s for her quick thinking and exhibiting just wonderful customer service.

Uhaul needs to close this location. People were rude and could not operate the computer system.

It was a fairly efficient process even during a statewide Christmas sale rush.

The second I got into the cab of the truck, I was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. The interior smelled very strongly like some type of cigars were smoked over a period of time. I found it offensive and had to use the truck with the windows down the entire time. When I went to fill up the gas tank, the small circular safety flap had previously been broken off inside the gas tank refill opening. This made it nearly impossible to get the nozzle into the opening and I was forced to maneuver the disk that had broken free up with my finger to slide the nozzle partially into the opening. The gas could only be filled very slowly with short bursts. Very inconvenient.

On arrival at store, greeter at entry had to hunt for person able to rent truck. Staff person at time of pick up had to enter data into the computer several times because she wasn't sure of how to do it. Truck was dirty inside and out. On return, nobody was available to take truck and regular cashier didn't know who to call. Person who finally handled return needed to be coached step by step through the process of entering data into computer and how to complete transaction. Very slow and disorganized.

The process for renting a UHAUL from Arties was so pleasant and convenient. I called some other UHAUL locations in my area first to inquire about cost and sizes of trucks, and each person on the phone was pushy, including asking me for my information and credit card # so they could reserve a truck for me when I made it clear I was calling for information to make a decision. The Artie's location was not pushy and let me inquire about cost and sizes of trucks never once asking me for my personal information, which was why I decided to rent the truck from there. I asked if they needed a credit card # to hold the vehicle and I was told no! That sealed the deal even more that this was the place to go to! I do not like when businesses ask me for my credit card # when I am inquiring about their service. Artie's reminds me of a hometown store, and I will not hesitate to rent a UHAUL from them again!

I prepaid for the reservation to make things fast (as described on your website) I encountered a friendly person but she could not navigate the computer system. It took nearly 30-45 minutes to contact someone to help her. I was told for my troubles I would receive an extra day - then I was charged for the extra day.

The interior of the truck had pet hair all over it and had a bad odor.

I rented the truck for 24 hours. When I picked it up they told me it had to be back within 21 hours because they had it reserved out. I was on my way back on hour 20. When I arrived they told me I was an hour late and they were going to charge me for another day I told them I was going to have for 24 hours and in fact I was early. They told me that since they couldn't rent it out to the other person who reserved it I was going to be charged for another 24 hours of use. I told them that if that if I was being charged I was going to keep it another day. They were very rude. The visor was broken on the drivers side, the inside of the window had a thick dirt film that had to be cleaned off in order to be able to see out of it. Someone previously used the window to draw on it, and the a/c took a long time to cool off. I would never rent from them again.
