I have always had a great experience with the U-Haul location at 4110 E Bell Rd, very clean and polite. Plus I always get Paradise Valley Burger Company after I drop off the truck!

The person receiving the 10 foot truck tried to charge us for 2 gallons of gas. When we got the truck, he told us it had 1/4 tank of gas. We drove only 17 miles. Then we put 2 gallons of gas in the truck. When we returned the truck, he look at the gas gauge and said the truck was two gallons low. That is mathematically impossible. You can not look at a gas gauge and tell that it is 2 gallons low. Also in driving the truck for 17 miles it could not use the two gallons he said that it was low and the 2 gallons that we put in the truck, for a total of 4 gallons. The truck could not use 4 gallons in 17 miles. I feel he was trying to cheat us out of $8. If the tank had been full as it had always been when we rented trucks from Uhaul before, there would not have been an issue. I don't know how many more people he has cheated. He said he didn't charge use for the 2 gallons of gas but I had to insist at least 3 times. He should have ne er tried in the first place because it's just WRONG, very unprofessional and bad business practice. We will probably not use Uhaul again.

There was only one person working. He was working very hard to take care of everyone. He did a great job.

Tyler is great and very easy to work with. We'll need a lot of UHaul equipment in the next couple of months, and we're very glad to have found this particular place.

when I checked out, they didn't honor the contract. I was over charged and they did not stand by the original agreement. Would never go back to this location.

Make the zip tie stronger that holds the Dolly to the side of truck. By accident, my sister snapped the tie and we got charged the extra fee. We had two already we brought and still got charged.
