The truck windows were dirty, the windshield wiper is broken not working, the check engine light was on, the truck smelled like there was animals were in it. The sales man was very professional

Due to the original location being unavailable on the moving day, my reservation was transferred to this place. The customer service here was courteous and efficient. They provided me with the same size vehicle I had booked in less than 15 minutes, despite several other customers with similar issues.
Chang C.Vehicle had a check engine light on. Informed the shop and they claimed it was a sensor. I followed behind Vehicle and brake light didn't go off. Asked husband if he was riding brakes. He said absolutely not. Returned well before 4 hour time limit. Was charged for an extra day. Had to straighten that our online. Not happy , overcharged and not a good experience at all.
