App is not user friendly and the dolly and blankets I paid for were not in the truck on pickup.
jacob aSeveral things that made this a very bad experience. Not the pickup location, but with Uhaul. 1. Experienced technical difficulties with the Uhaul app. Arrived @ 7:30am for 8:00am pick-up and 2 hours later I completed my pick-up. 2. Dolly and Furniture pads weren't in the truck. I had to wait until facility opened to get them. 3. Truck was scheduled for a facility 10 minutes from my home and the day before Uhaul changed the location to 30 minutes away. Very disappointing experience with Uhaul.
John WThey put the wrong info down on the rental form wrong vehicle that was towing it and I picked it up in the vehicle it was towed with. The trailer leaked my daughter’s stuff got wet. He had to change the wires on it and then get his mechanic to hook it up because he couldn’t thank god he did cause he hat the wires for the trailer lights tight so when it turned it would either unplug or snap the wires.
