I rented my vehicle September 23rd. The vehicle appeared cleaned. After we begin moving stuff in the vehicle I notice baby roaches in the front and roaches under the black mat in the back. Did I have time to take pictures of roaches?! Absolutely not . I was too focus on getting my family clothing out of that U-Haul truck. I will never rent from this location or any location. U haul has not returned my call. They just keep saying I'm going to escalate and no one is actually following up. It's terrible business. Really we all know that roaches do not sit still for a picture. That van was obviously not clean and poor management. Of course you will not own up to your mistake. Beware when renting !!

This location was very hard to find. The driveway was a dirt road and parking was on the grass. The agent was very helpful.
