I am upset how I was I feel over charged. My distance was not 79 miles. You can ride around Port Arthur and still not get to 79 miles. I was Charged $298 for a $39 dollar a day rental. I kept it for 2, 24 hour period. They stated U-Haul make them charge a 200 dollar minimum for mileages. I will not be returning or referring anyone to U-Haul because of all the hidden charges. I had a better deal with Penske and they had a Lift gate. I was also charged $25 dollars because truck was parked under canopy and they paid someone $25 to come move it. Again totally dissatisfied for being over charged for mileage, charged $25 for moving truck where they wanted it parked. I cannot fully understand how $79 for 2 day rental turned into $370 wit a $4.98 refund. WILL NEVER REFER OR USE AGAIN.
