The location operator was not even on site when we got there to pick it up and took almost an hour to get there.she was not knowledgeable with paper work or any of her equipment the contract had the wrong equipment number on it I had to call her back to see if she could chang it very un organized
Mike W.The problem was that they do not open until 10:00AM and no one was there. I had scheduled a pickup at 8:00AM. It should have been highlighted and I should not have been allowed to schedule pickup at 8:00. You need to add a highlight to your program.
