We booked a few weeks in advance and were told the afternoon before our moving day that we may not have a truck for the next morning. Luckily one was found but it certainly caused undo stress! It worked out in the end.

The whole process at the pick up location was great!
TIFFANY TI booked a trailer weeks in advance at one location I had to drive eight hours to this location and last minute they decide they don’t have one for me. No answers to what happened but all they said was there’s trailers elsewhere so I had to drive another hour out of my way to get a trailer. K and P storage solutions really helped me while others left me high and dry.
