Got there before my schedule pick up waiting in line for over 30 mins I didn't know that the hand carts where not already in truck so I called the store once I got home and realized it he said I would not be charged the $10. So when I dropped off the truck I said something to him again he said I would not be charged but I still was charged the $10Marie H.
I would like to take this time to commend the young man name Milton Akoi who was very professional let me say this I came in at 8 AM to pick up truck he was by his self and the line was out the door when I came back to return the vehicle the line was out the door and he was by his self I commend him on his professional attitude his professional service and his time to make sure everybody was taken care of in a proper manner and he had patients due to the fact he was the only one there all day so with his good work ethics I think U-Haul company should give him a raise and commend him for his work people was frustrated because of the long line and him being by his self but he still did a awesome job explaining and making sure your needs was met. You need to have more than one employee working...took me almost 45 minutes to simply have someone check me in to get a simple utility trailer. AND, I accidently left one simple plastic crate in the tailer upon dropoff and got charged an add'l $15 for cleaning, that's ridiculous.DMARK W.
The customer service could have been better. The first truck they rented me had a flat tire. It took an hour and a half to switch in the computer and get another truck. Was completely ignored by the attendant when returning truck.THOMASALLAN L.
I was accused of leaving a lock on Unit#325 per two telephone calls on 3/27/21 at 5:50 and 5:57 p.m. After the second phone call, I left out my home to go down to U-Haul to show him that I did NOT leave a lock on the unit! The employee was looking at the wrong unit!!!! I am a 100% disabled veteran who takes pride in being honest. The employee basically was calling me a liar! When I arrived, he was ready to cut the lock off another unit which he thought was Unit #325. The employee was looking at another unit!! What kind of company are you running?! I've had to wait in line other times simply because there was only 1 person behind the register and a line but this time I was the only customer on pick up and drop off. Nothing needed to improve this time but other times, Milton could use some help so please have 2 people behind the registers as it drastically speeds things up.Robert H.
