Juan R.I originally had scheduled a pickup at a different location (not far) than this. When my appointment transferred to this location, U-haul did not inform me that this location didn't open until 9am. My original appointment was for 8am. The U-Haul guy was a little late, so I ended up sitting around for over an hour. Not the worst thing in the world, but U-Haul should try and keep that in mind when rescheduling people to different locations.
